"Solid loader with just a couple small quirks"
I’ve run a few loaders over the years, and so far this Bobcat has been a good one. It starts up easily, has plenty of lift, and handles rough ground without much trouble. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the controls felt a little stiff when I first started using it, but overall it’s been a solid machine.

"Finding parts can be a little hit or miss"
I mostly use bobcat.com when I’m trying to track down parts, and it’s kind of a mixed bag. Some of the more common stuff is easy enough to find, which is nice, but then other parts will show as out of stock or there’s just not enough info to know what’s actually going on. I’ve ended up calling the dealer a few times just to double-check, which sort of defeats the purpose of looking online in the first place. The site itself works fine, nothing awful, I just wish the availability info felt more current and reliable. Not terrible by any means, but there’s definitely room to make it smoother.

"Good machine, but am I missing something?"
Overall, the machine runs well and I haven’t had any major issues with how it performs. But am I missing something here? A few parts seem to have worn out faster than I expected, which was a little disappointing. It’s still a decent machine, I just wish it held up better over time.

"I tried going through both the dealer..."
I tried going through both the dealer and Bobcat support, and it just felt like I kept getting bounced from one person to the next with slow replies and vague answers and nobody really taking ownership while I’m sitting there trying to get basic information because the machine needs to be working, not waiting around on callbacks. Frustrating experience overall

"Feels expensive for what it is"
I went on bobcat.com hoping I could just poke around, compare a few machines, maybe get a better feel for what made sense, but the pricing started feeling steep fast. Like, you look at the base machine and then start noticing all the add-ons and attachments, and suddenly even the simple stuff seems to pile on way more than I expected.
For that kind of money, I guess I was expecting the site to make things clearer or at least feel like there were some decent deals to be found. Instead it kind of gave me the impression that you’re paying a premium mostly because it says Bobcat on it, which might be fine for some people, but for me it didn’t feel like great value.
